I remember when I was looking for my dress and I called different stores and in all of them you had to schedule an appointment, and due to my work that I do not have an assigned schedule, it did not give me the opportunity to set days for my appointments, however, if I want, it gave me that opportunity and blessing to find my dress. I really can't believe because the blessings didn't stop coming, because since they opened the door to me they were super friendly and giving preference to my tastes, to what I was looking for, I really fell in love with many dresses but one in particular, because It turns out that it was from the ONE OF THE KIND collection, and it turns out that this dress was more than special, because it was UNIQUE and it was for me!! Imagining that I am going to wear a dress that no one else is going to have and that even better makes me smile, makes it much more special. The girls found the veil that even more than exceeded my happiness and infatuation with the dress, the veil made with my whole hand, with lace from top to bottom, literally as if it were cotton candy, so sweet, I can't find the exact words to describe it my feelings and my thanks to all the girls!!! And although for a moment I doubted because I no longer remembered it because I chose it a long time ago, they brought me my dress from the warehouse to try it on again and I realized that I didn't even remember it well, it was prettier than I remembered and again I felt what I had felt the first time, madly in love with him and too grateful to the girls for all their attention and patience with each one of us because this happens only once in a lifetime and they are somehow part of this, in making that day one of the happiest days of our lives and a UNIQUE experience. The best bridal shop I've ever visited, pili's attention is incredible, super attentive and from my first appointment she answered all my questions and helped a lot, I'm delighted I found the dress I've always wanted and I have no choice but to highly recommend this place 10 out of 10 ??

I bought my wedding dress there and it was very nice, but the service started well and ended badly, so I don't recommend it. When showing me the dress and in the first fitting everything went well. But at the final fitting when they wanted to give me the dress, the dress had clear marks of dirt and wrinkles. They told me that they had sent it to the cleaners which did not seem true to me. I had to come back the next day to have it shipped again, and they will iron it. When I arrived, I had to wait for them to iron it (20 min) and since it was ironed quickly it still looked wrinkled, I asked them to iron it again, and they did. In the end, to clear up the final bill, the owner of the place talked to me with a quite confrontational attitude, and I even answered my mom in a bad way that I just wanted to help her understand what was going on. His attitude made me and the people who were with us super uncomfortable, when it was an issue that could be resolved calmly, easily and kindly. Even if she didn't mean to be rude, the owner definitely has to work on the way they treat the customer, as it made us feel very uncomfortable, and left us with a very bad taste in our mouths. It is also obvious that they need to hire more staff, the people who attend are very attentive but it is clear that they are oversaturated so during the tests you feel that they are rushing you all the time, which is the least you want to feel in a selection process. or dress adjustments.

Both the owner and the staff have incredible attention, open to changes and attentive to what the brides want and dream of. The place is beautiful. I postponed my wedding for a year so I had the opportunity to see its growth. (They kept my dress for 2 years and delivered it to me in excellent condition). From when I bought my dress that was in a smaller store to picking up my dress where they were already located in a larger store with much more space. Definitely an incredible experience that every bride wants to have.
