★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para trabajar, lo malo es que como siempre..., tienes que hacerle la barba a tu jefe o a alguien para conservar el empleo, si no eres amigo de tu jefe o le caes bien no pasas de donde estas o en su caso terminan corriendote..., en fin lastima de lugar..., al menos ya sabemos que en México no importa que tan buena sea la empresa, siempre hay que caerle bien a alguien..., ni hablar..., así es el juego y hay que jugarlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor servicio de atención al cliente con el cual me he topado. Ni siquiera te contestan . Se escudan con el tema de la pandemia. No tienen gente atendiendo tus demandas y solo te envían un correo diciendo que en 48 horas te daran respuesta pero nada .Sigo esperando un rembolso hace semanas y nada. Es fatal tener que estar buscando que te den solución y solo la computadora contesta.
This is the worst customer service I have ever come across. They don't even answer you. They hide behind the issue of the pandemic. They do not have people attending to your demands and they only send you an email saying that they will give you an answer in 48 hours, but nothing. I have been waiting for a refund for weeks and nothing. It is fatal to have to be looking for a solution and only the computer answers.
