Aquí te atienden a través de una ventanilla (solo hay tres) y no te explican bien cuando tienes cobros de consumo que no te hacen sentido, mas cuando la casa no ha estado habitada. No te dicen cuales son tus opciones de pago. Muy cerrados, al menos la señora que me atendió el pasado martes 22. En SIAPA el Sauz tienen más personal, la atención es mucho mejor que en SIAPA las Águilas. Para aclaraciones te pasan con el ejecutivo y te sientas. Revisan tu caso, resuelven todas tus dudas de manera atenta, te ofrecen los métodos de pago y si es posible te realizan un descuento de los sobrecargos que se tenga.
