★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio es bueno, lo único malo es cuando te van a reconectar.
Primero me dijeron que si lo iban a hacer, pero le mismo día que lo hicieron NO conectaron la llave que debía ser, eso sucedió dos veces seguidas.
Es muy curioso que en los edificios si sepan que departamento es para desconectar pero para conectar, CONECTAN OTRAS LLAVES, INCLUSO UNA QUE YA ESTABA CLAUSURADA DESDE HACE UN AÑO.
Es por eso que no les doy ni tan siquiera 3 estrellas.
Si de verdad van a hacer algo, háganlo bien .

Their service is good, the only bad thing is when they will reconnect you.
First they told me that if they were going to do it, but the same day they did it, they DID NOT connect the key that should be, that happened twice in a row.
It is very curious that in the buildings if they know what department it is to disconnect but to connect, they CONNECT OTHER KEYS, EVEN ONE THAT WAS ALREADY CLOSED FOR A YEAR.
That's why I don't give them even 3 stars.
If you are really going to do something, do it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar es inaudito que en el centro de la ciudad tengamos 5 dias sin servicio potable que ninguna pipa nos quieran atender porque no tienen permitido dar servicio en el centro por transito. Sistema incapaz de resolver las problematicas ladrones buenos para cobrar pero no para ocuparse de lo que realmente el pueblo requiere. Son un total fracaso como organismo y el gobierno pues ni se diga.
To begin with, it is unprecedented that in the city center we have 5 days without potable service that no pipe wants to serve us because they are not allowed to serve in the center by transit. System incapable of solving the problematic thieves good to collect but not to take care of what the town really requires. They are a total failure as an organization and the government, well, let's not say it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mes sin agua, calle Mar Rojo en el Pedregal. Pésimo su servicio pero buenos para cobrar o querer limitar el servicio. MUY INCONFORME pago un servicio y me toca comprar pipas de agua para contar con el líquido.
A month without water, Mar Rojo street in El Pedregal. Terrible service but good to charge or want to limit the service. VERY DISSATISFIED I pay a service and I have to buy water pipes to have the liquid.

El servicio está pagado todo el año. Se reportó el martes 29-marzo y el viernes 1-abril-2022. No han acudido a revisar. ¿Qué hacemos?
I have reported twice that I do not have water service (my neighbors do), only in the house there is no water (Triton Circuit #37, Las Brisas, Tepic, Nay. CP 63117). The service is paid all year.
