In November 2021, I bought a new Lenovo computer with Windows 10. In January 2022, I took it to the SIC because it would not charge when it was turned off, they replaced the motherboard to solve the problem and then I noticed that I could no longer upgrade to Windows 11 (as I had done before taking it in for repair). The point is that they had replaced my original motherboard with one that doesn't have TPM 2.0. and therefore did not support Windows 11. After multiple calls to their call center with inept and unhelpful technicians, they referred me back to the service center. Today they returned the computer to me and although it already has Windows 11, they did not correct the root of the TPM 2.0 problem, they simply cracked the system so that the operating system could run and they returned me a computer without TPM. I received the equipment only because I already lost a month without being able to use it for work and personal purposes. Do not buy Lenovo and review your equipment well, with great enthusiasm and effort I acquired my equipment and the customer and technical service is fatal. This purchase has done nothing but give me headaches.

I took two laptops to check, my surprise is, both require a change of motherboard, fixing one of them costs me twice what it cost me a year ago, terrible attention and service.
