Lenovo me dijo que fuera ahí para cambiar una pieza (la bisagra donde va el cable ethernet de mi lap), fuí, me hicieron llenar una hoja, quedaron de llamarme cuando estuviera la pieza lo cual nunca hicieron. Lo único bueno fue que me dijeron que si prefería llevármela porque no tenían la pieza e iban a pedirla y no le podían hacer nada hasta que llegara.

Los operadores de servicio al cliente de DELL me mandaron ahi, ya que era el unico centro de soporte tecnico. Acudí ahi porque mi laptop tenia garantia. Lo unico que le fallaba a mi laptop era la entrada de carga o el cargador. Termine perdiendo mi información porque cambiaron el disco duro sin mi permiso. Y SOLO REMPLAZARON EL CARGADOR

Me arreglaron una laptop dell con garantia ya funcionó me arreglaron bien el problema de encendido. Lo malo que tienen en su servicio en esa sucursal es que aunque no se tardan mucho en arreglar (en cinco días porque me pidieron una pieza a dell) no te avisan que ya está arreglada, y no contestan las llamadas. Lo bueno es que por Internet en la página de sic comercialización si aparece el estatus actualizado de si ya quedo reparada la computadora o sigue en reparacion y apareceel teléfono de la empresa en la ciudad de México y ellos si te contestan y te dicen el estatus

Personal muy amable. Lo primero es que revisan la caducidad de la garantia del equipo y ya despues piden la orden de reparacion que dan desde la linea telefonica dell.

Hoy lleve mi laptop por un servicio de garantía sin ser recibida solo se simple vista la persona en recepción dijo que el equipo tenia plaga y que por eso perdía mi garantía.... Que por el diagnostico y reparación tendría que pagar ya me habían en servicio técnico de la computadora que solo era de dejar el equipo a reparación te atienden con cierta rudeza Asia ti y para tu computadora para que crean que te están haciendo un favor al recibirte cuando la verdad es que ellos son los que ponen la cara por ciertas marcas una vez mas pésimo servicio clasista y falto de valores

Atención regular, no esperes el mejor trato, el ténico NO es grosero te dice solo lo que es y ya. Lleve mi equipo Dell a garantía, lo recibieron sin problema.
