★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en la reparación de la computadoras, traje una Dell 5502 por un problema de batería a garantía y me la entregaron golpeada y maltratada y sin arreglar la batería porque según “no tienen ningún daño”. Hoy estoy de nuevo aquí con la entrega de mi laptop y tiene otro daño que no estaba presente cuando la traje. Mi laptop tiene 4 reingresos por los problemas estéticos que le causaron con cada ingreso que tuvo.
La atención tarda hasta mes y medio cuando ellos tienen que reparar los daños que les causan. Cero recomendable que traigan sus equipos aquí.
 Terrible service in the repair of computers, I brought a Dell 5502 for a battery problem under warranty and they delivered it to me beaten and battered and without fixing the battery because according to "there is no damage". I am here again today with the delivery of my laptop and it has other damage that was not present when I brought it. My laptop has 4 readmissions due to aesthetic problems that were caused with each income it had.
The care takes up to a month and a half when they have to repair the damage they cause. Zero recommend that you bring your equipment here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. En recepción sin hacerla fondo una prueba, inmediatamente me dijeron que se resuelve haciendo una mejora de cambiar el disco duro. Aunque mi laptop era nueva 2 meses se uso. Sin embargo la admitieron porque estaba dentro de garantía, después de eso fue un ir y venir entre recepción, soporte técnico, y no se quien más porque no sabían si venderme un disco duro o aplicarme la garantía. Total no me resolvieron nada, "instale Windows 10 y listo". Fue su solución. Mi PC sigue igual, Si no me parece que contacte a lenovo. Estoy por tramitar mi queja a profeco.
Terrible service. At reception without doing a thorough test, they immediately told me that it is solved by making an improvement to change the hard drive. Although my laptop was new, it was used for 2 months. However, they admitted it because it was under warranty, after that it was a back and forth between reception, technical support, and I don't know who else because they didn't know whether to sell me a hard drive or apply the warranty. Total did not solve anything for me, "install Windows 10 and that's it". It was his solution. My PC is still the same, if it doesn't seem like it, contact lenovo. I am about to process my complaint to profeco.
