★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El staff de la mañana no ayuda para nada. La instructora nos comentó que ellos non ayudan a quitar los zapatos porque eso es de cada quien, que debíamos ver y analizar los zapatos para entenderles el mecanismo. Es lo mas absurdo que he escuchado y me parece hasta arriesgado
No lo recomiendo para nada, te puedes lesionar . Sin embargo, doy dos estrellas porque tomé una clase en la tarde y el staff fue muy diferente, creo que depende de que el instructor realmente dirija al equipo para apoyar

Buena atención en la recepción, te prestan toalla y zapatos. Además todo está muy limpio, entre cada clase entra personal de limpieza al salón.
