Modern spin studio in CDMX. I only speak English but can follow classes in Spanish no problem. I think it’s a bit expensive, but there aren’t any other options for spin in the area The classes vary by teacher. I think this determines your experience the most.

I was sad about my experience with this studio and their customer service. Just as a warning for others looking to come here, make sure you are well-versed in all terms and conditions upon signing up. But to be honest, I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here, as the customer service was so bad. I was under the impression that I was answering questions about my health and that was fine as I was signed up and ready for class online. It wasn't until I arrived that the staff asked me about my Vx status, which confused me as I translated the materials I saw online and I didn't think I saw anything about having to disclose that information. When I arrived I was asked to present a certificate, and as I am not comfortable sharing my status on this matter, they sternly told me I couldn't do the class without a certificate. When I asked for a refund since I had already paid (not a cheap class, as well!) they refused without any consideration or friendliness, saying it was my fault that I paid online and should have known better. There was no "I'm sorry" or anything else to express understanding/care/or basic customer service. Just a very dismissive tone. I was so excited to come to a Spin class here, but after this experience and being treated in such a harsh way, and now not getting any of my money back, I would recommend not supporting this business.

I love these classes so much. The playlists are so great and the instructors are all amazing - I've done rides with at least 4 or 5 now and thoroughly enjoyed every one. I don't speak fluent spanish but the classes are still easy enough to follow - although they always kick my butt.

My favorite happy place of all times - this is where I had my first spinning experience and fell hardly in love with it. I visited classes there whenever I could, it was insanely addictive. Going to Síclo was like therapy for me and I always missed it so much whenever I was on vacation! Coaches were A M A Z I N G and all staff members were so incredibly lovely and helpful, always in a good mood and it somehow felt like a second home to me. Now that I moved back to Switzerland, I miss it like crazy but I hope I can visit some time soon.

Such a great cycling studio ! I’ve been to every studio in Dallas Tx but this one in particular has been my favorite one yet . The instructor was great , she pushes you to the limit . One of the hardest classes I’ve ever taken . I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Mexico City . ****important**** You need to show your vaccine card to get it . Make sure you take it with you .
