★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hubo un problema con el equipo y Sidera Energy Solutions , con su mala atención y puntualidad en los procesos, no supo manejar la situación. Vendedores no interesados en mejorar la imagen de la empresa. Espero encuentren una mejor solución para adquirir paneles solares.
Jajaja no me puedo creer, no cayó un rayo de verdad que ni siquiera están bien informados del problema con el cliente, tiempos de espera de 40 días para su mala solución.

Hahaha I can not believe it, it was not struck by lightning that they are not even well informed of the problem with the client, waiting times of 40 days for their bad solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo sinceramente un fiasco, que nervios leer casos similares en donde también falló el aparato. Tengo un mes peleando y escuchando largas de lo que para mi es un pésimo servicio ya que hasta se cobro un dinero extra para que se instalará cuanto antes para que al primer recibo fallará y llevemos un mes esperando llegue el nuevo ???
Terrible sincerely a fiasco, which nerves to read similar cases where the device also failed. I have been fighting for a month and listening long about what for me is a lousy service since I even charged extra money so that it will be installed as soon as possible so that at the first receipt it will fail and we have been waiting for a month for the new one to arrive ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo relativamente bien hasta que desaparecieron. Quedó pendiente hacer válida una garantía del inversor y realizar unos cambios a la instalación del sistema. Me dieron largas por meses hasta que dejaron de responder.
Respuesta a la respuesta: Jusuf Dawn fue quien me atendió. Cuando vinieron traian camisetas con el logo de Sidera y tengo un legajo y una garantia de servicio con el mismo logo. Cuando los contacté fue por facebook por uno de sus anuncios.
All relatively well until they disappeared. It remained pending to validate an inverter guarantee and make some changes to the system installation. They put me off for months until they stopped responding.
Answer to answer: Jusuf Dawn was the one who served me. When they came they brought T-shirts with the Sidera logo and I have a file and a service guarantee with the same logo. When I contacted them it was on facebook for one of their ads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me instalaron 20 paneles en mi casa, tenía muchas dudas que en realidad bajará mi recibo de luz , ya que me habían pasado a Tarifa DAC pero hoy en día pago $50 al bimestre. Es un miedo vivir pensando en cuanto llegará mi recibo. ¡Super recomendados!
They installed 20 panels in my house, I had many doubts that my electricity bill would actually go down, since they had switched me to the DAC rate, but today I pay $50 every two months. It is a fear to live thinking about how soon my receipt will arrive. Super recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SIDERA installed solar panels on my new house almost 2 years ago. The installation went well and we have recommended SIDERA to friends
and neighbors. SIDERA got new business through us. However, we have asked SIDERA to recommend a company to clean the solar panels, and this request seems to be of no interest to them. They sell and install solar panels, but cannot be bothered telling us who can clean the panels for us!
Very disappointed in SIDERA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can do the job but don't do it right. All was great at first but when there were issues after, they stopped answering messages or calls. I still have the problem and they simply will not fix their poor workmanship. Not recommended at all.
