★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful!!! They stole like half of my clothes! I gave them 5kg and they gave me 3kg back and did not even help to search for my clothes in their store. It was even written on the bill that I gave them 5kg and they weighed the bag they gave me back....it was 3kg...All my boxershorts, socks and t- Shirts are missing and they only laughed at me and told me they gave me back everything! Horrible service! Very unfriendly, they did not even stop work to search my clothes in their store! Worst laundry service ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great quality service and honest ladies. We went to another place who tried to charge us over double for less than what was done here. Here they charged by weight (which is fair, instead of guessing or eye balling) and told us it would be done by the next day.
We ended up not making it before closing the next day but the next morning after that and sure enough, it was clean, folded, and packaged. My friend's sneakers were smelling really bad and they washed them, with an honest promise they might not be completely dry by the time of pick up, which my friend didn't care, she just wanted them washed. And they were washed, smelling clean and despite the honest warning, they were dry! I rather be told a truth of what can happen instead of someone saying they can do it and not be able to deliver. Really nice honest ladies, hope they stay that way. Will definitely come here again the next time I come to Cozumel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great price. Appreciate that they could complete our order same day (we needed to pickup before closing and they had it done by 2pm). Clothes came back clean and thankfully not smelling of floral detergent. Returned beautifully folded in a clear plastic bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eunice came to our resort, picked up our laundry at 0930. She returned it wonderfully washed, neatly folded ,and bagged promptly the same day at 1700, all for the paltry sum of $15 USD. This was a week's worth of laundry for two people. It was the best money I spent while in Cozumel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best laundry service while in Cozumel. Picked up and dropped off laundry at our hotel. Eunice is amazing and very attentive. Our clothes were folded beautifully and packed up nicely. Excellent service best money spent and returned home with clean clothes!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes over 24 hours to get your clothes washed and folded or else be ready to pay for express service. In case you cancel you will be requested to pay a random amount of money, plus a reprimand from the person in charge for wasting her time .
Not recommended at all. Customer service at its worst.
