I went to rest and rented the "tree room" which is the "stellar room" ($1800 pesos) for couples, everything is very nice inside and out BUT that cabin especially creaks when there is wind! And the sound doesn't let you sleep, apart from the obvious fact that the wind moves the tree and the cabin moves. I had to leave at 3 AM, go to reception where I didn't find anyone, and lastly I went to sleep in my vehicle to be able to rest. In the morning they did not give me a solution other than a breakfast for 2 people which I did not accept, plus an apology for not warning me before paying... After staying awake because I couldn't sleep between the noise and that it moves, I just wanted to take a shower and go. I couldn't take a shower because the boiler wasn't on or I don't know, I reported it twice and hot water still didn't come out... In the end I left very upset, awake and without bathing. It seems to me that they should offer me at least a 50% discount in another cabin or something like that... But they only offered me a breakfast that would have been 300 pesos by far. I am a person who can sleep with a lot of noise and it is difficult for something to wake me up, the other cabins do not move and have no problems because they are on dry land, so for that reason I give it 2 stars. Not everything is in the shape of 1 single cabin.

A highly recommended place, surrounded by impressive nature, so its very beautiful and cozy cabins with a wonderful terrace and splendid finishes are always green, it has activities such as rappelling, hiking, spa, horses, zip line among others, attention from of all the staff is incredible, it is a perfect place to spend the weekend as a family or as a couple and reconnect with nature and rest, the weather is cold which is even more perfect to be able to rest all day if so you want

Undoubtedly a cozy atmosphere and very focused on nature, comfortable cabins with a family feeling, an excellent place to spend a weekend with the family with children or with couples.

Beautiful place to go hiking, drive ATVs and to spend a few days relaxing, the whole place is magnificent, the cabins with chimneys and huge balconies from where you can admire the forest, the place has a restaurant, but the food is not good, for what I recommend going out to eat somewhere else, or well, at least that's how it seemed to me. But leaving the restaurant outside the place is magnificent, I recommend you walk through the reserve and admire the forest.
