★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor hospital al que he ido en mi vida, desde la tabla que traen los doctores y las enfermeras te das cuenta que no es un lugar seguro, sanitizado ni profesional, sin contar las revisiones que te hacen en urgencias, pareciera que están jugando al doctor.
 It is the worst hospital I have ever been to in my life, from the table that the doctors and nurses bring you you realize that it is not a safe, sanitized or professional place, not counting the check-ups they do you in the emergency room, it seems that they are playing to the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mira que esperar dos horas en urgencias a que te atiendan, venimos de un siniestro, si uno llega a urgencias lo mas lógico es q te atiendan en seguida, se supone que es un hospital privado, me imagine llegando al seguro...
Terrible service, wait two hours in the emergency room to be seen, we came from an accident, if one arrives at the emergency room, the most logical thing is that they see you right away, it is supposed to be a private hospital, I imagine arriving at the insurance.. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hospital está muy bien, la habitación adecuada e impecable, la atención por parte de las enfermeras en turno fue excelente, el Dr. Roberto Román muy al pendiente después de la cirugía. El único punto a mejorar sería que durante la noche y en las mañanas, el personal de enfermería hace mucho ruido en el piso 3 y se escucha hasta la habitación. Gracias a todos por sus atenciones.
The hospital is very good, the room is adequate and impeccable, the attention from the nurses on duty was excellent, Dr. Roberto Román very attentive after the surgery. The only point to improve would be that during the night and in the mornings, the nursing staff makes a lot of noise on floor 3 and can be heard all the way to the room. Thank you all for your attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan para atenderte, no te informan si hay retrasos con las cirugías (varias horas esperando porque no ingresaban a quirófano), el personal poco empático (el paciente le comento que estaba sintiendo la cirugía y no verificaron la anestesia), cobran el estacionamiento y no te informan hasta que estás en la pluma (ni siquiera te informan cuando estás haciendo el pago de la cirugía). No hay un registro de entradas ni salidas (no verifican que realmente seas usuario del hospital para ingresar). Lo único bueno la atención de la recepcionista que estaba en turno y la limpieza de áreas comunes.
They take time to attend to you, they do not inform you if there are delays with the surgeries (several hours waiting because they did not enter the operating room), the unsympathetic staff (the patient told him that he was feeling the surgery and they did not verify the anesthesia), they charge for parking and they do not they inform you until you are in the pen (they don't even inform you when you are paying for the surgery). There is no register of entrances or exits (they do not verify that you are really a user of the hospital to enter). The only good thing was the attention of the receptionist who was on duty and the cleaning of common areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal fue muy buena, pero el servicio de la habitación pésimo. Una habitación espantosa, sin agua caliente, supuestamente con paredes de plomo para que la radiación de mi tratamiento no afectara a otros, pero se escuchaban las conversaciones del cuarto vecino. El detector de humo pitaba día y noche cada 3 minutos.
The attention of the staff was very good, but the room service was terrible. A horrible room, without hot water, supposedly with lead walls so that the radiation from my treatment would not affect others, but the conversations of the next room could be heard. The smoke detector beeped day and night every 3 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nosotros, nos pareció, muy bueno!! la atención de enfermeras (os buena, limpieza del cuarto cal.6 falta supervisión, limpian por por dónde ve la suegra !! La cafetería pésima ! Cubiertos sucios, comida sin sabor, están distraídas no pone atención al cliente y caro para lo qué ofrecen.Precio de Hospital decente , Atención a clientes muy buena.
We thought it was very good! the attention of the nurses (good, cleanliness of the room cal.6 lack of supervision, they clean where the mother-in-law sees !! The terrible cafeteria! Dirty cutlery, tasteless food, they are distracted, they do not pay attention to the client and expensive for what they offer .Decent Hospital price, Very good customer service.

Solo tengan cuidado de no dejar su carro estacionado en calles aledañas, me abrieron la cajuela se llevaron objetos personales y llanta de refacción. Aún cuando hay mucho movimiento en la zona. El estacionamiento del hospital está saturado pero creo que debi esperar un lugar.

Just be careful not to leave your car parked on nearby streets, they opened my trunk and took personal belongings and a spare tire. Even when there is a lot of movement in the area. The hospital parking lot is overcrowded, but I think I should have waited for a spot.
