★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente un lugar cómodo y muy limpio, pequeño pero con todo lo necesario si lo que buscas es llegar a descansar después de todo un día en la playa o parques, a 5 cuadras pequeñas del fin de la quinta avenida.
 Really a comfortable place and very clean, small but with everything you need if you want to rest after a day at the beach or parks, 5 small blocks from the end of the fifth avenue.

Todas las habitaciones cuentan con cocineta con frigobar y horno de microondas.
Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la av 30 norte y a solo unas cuadras de la quinta.
El personal muy amable y atento.
Ofrece un desayuno americano a partir de las 9 am
Spacious rooms, very tastefully decorated.
All rooms have a kitchenette with a minibar and a microwave oven.
Very good location, near Av 30 Norte and just a few blocks from La Quinta.
The staff are very friendly and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отличное место, уютный маленький двор, приятный и улыбчивый персонал, все очень чисто, есть один минус, рядом находится баскетбольная площадка с которой периодически доносится громкая музыка, особенно неприятно это слышать утром, но это касается лично меня, т. к. я люблю просыпаться поздно. В остальном все превосходно!!! Рекомендую тем кому нравится пешие прогулки, это практически центр города до моря 15 минут ходьбы, такое же примерно расстояние до супермаркетов(их много поблизости).
An excellent place, a cozy little courtyard, pleasant and smiling staff, everything is very clean, there is one drawback, there is a basketball court nearby with loud music, which is especially unpleasant to hear in the morning, but this concerns me personally, because I like to wake up late. Everything else is excellent !!! I recommend for those who like walking, this is practically the city center 15 minutes walk to the sea, the same distance to supermarkets (there are many of them nearby).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renté durante 6 meses ahí, no pude cancelar antes porque se quedan con el depósito. Cada mañana y cada noche hay zumba en la cancha de al lado con música extremadamente ruidosa, no se puede descansar. Además hubo varios días en que simplemente no hubo agua corriente. Y al finalizar el largo contrato me descontaron dinero del depósito por limpieza y que por una cafetera dañada (aunque yo entregué en buen estado a administración), así nada más no me devolvieron mi depósito completo.
I rented there for 6 months, I couldn't cancel before because they keep the deposit. Every morning and every night there is zumba on the court next door with extremely loud music, you cannot rest. In addition there were several days when there was simply no running water. And at the end of the long contract they deducted money from the deposit for cleaning and for a damaged coffee maker (although I delivered it to the administration in good condition), so they just didn't return my full deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was very private and secure and most places can be found just around the corner. Wallmart is a bus away and within walking distance is the beach and a couple of restaurants that have awesome meals.
