★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iba a comprar una puerta de seguridad en XE SEGURIDAD, SIEPAR Construcciones S.A. de C.V., Veracruz, Reforma, 91919 Veracruz, Ver., me enviaron la cotización por mail (precio y especificaciones técnicas) y por teléfono también. Les comenté que iría al otro día a ver la puerta, al llegar al local no la tenían (me confirmaron el precio de la cotización), la puerta estaba supuestamente en bodega en el dorado, me hicieron perder mi tiempo. Al día siguiente me mandan otra cotización mas cara sin darme explicación, creyeron que no recordaría la cotización de un día antes? aparte me ponen la imagen de otra puerta porque esa tenia un precio menor, pensaron que no reconocería la puerta que ya había seleccionado?. Me molesta que no reconozcan sus errores y que intenten confundir a uno, tengo las cotizaciones PDF donde vienen imágenes y precios, en el local también recibí un folleto. Envié un correo para señalarles que ese no era el precio acordado. Y solo me dijeron que como no estaba en existencia, la tenÍan que pedir (vienen de Monterrey). Me cobran el envío y a parte el precio subió en planta. En su cotización hay una leyenda que dice que la cotización tiene 10 dÍas de vigencia, yo fui al siguiente dia de la primer cotización. No es mi problema si no la tienen o si sube, para eso se hacen cotizaciones, debieron de checar antes de mandarme una cotización, me confirmaron mas de una vez que estaba en existencia, por teléfono, mail y en persona. No saben ni lo que tienen en bodega, dos personas me atendieron y se contradecían. Dicen que manejan los mejores precios del mercado y marcas exclusivas, pero realmente encontré misma marca y mejor precio. Lo que me molesta es que no reconozcan su error y que no se disculpen, sino simulen que vi otro modelo o que tal vez no recuerde el primer precio. Vi que otra persona tiene mes y medio esperando su puerta.Que ganas de hacer corajes, compren en un lugar seguro @Profeco
 I was going to buy a security door in XE SEGURIDAD, SIEPAR Construcciones S.A. de C.V., Veracruz, Reforma, 91919 Veracruz, Ver., they sent me the quote by mail (price and technical specifications) and by phone as well. I told them that I would go the next day to see the door, when they arrived at the place they did not have it (they confirmed the price of the quote), the door was supposedly in the cellar in El Dorado, they made me lose my time. The next day they send me another more expensive quote without giving me an explanation, they thought I would not remember the quote from a day before? apart they put the image of another door because that had a lower price, they thought that it would not recognize the door that had already selected ?. It bothers me that they do not recognize their mistakes and that they try to confuse one, I have the PDF quotes where images and prices come, in the place I also received a brochure. I sent an email to point out that this was not the agreed price. And they only told me that since it was not in existence, they had to ask (they come from Monterrey). They charge me the shipping and to part the price went up in plant. In your quote there is a legend that says that the quote has 10 days of validity, I went to the next day of the first quote. It is not my problem if they do not have it or if it goes up, for that quotations are made, they had to check before sending me a quote, they confirmed me more than once that it was in existence, by phone, mail and in person. They do not even know what they have in store, two people treated me and contradicted themselves. They say they handle the best market prices and exclusive brands, but I really found the same brand and better price. What bothers me is that they do not recognize their mistake and that they do not apologize, but simulate that I saw another model or that maybe I do not remember the first price. I saw that another person has a month and a half waiting for their door. What do you want to do, buy in a safe place @Profeco
