Los mejores paisajes se encuentran en verano cuando las lluvias transforman toda la vegetación de la región. Otros puntos más accesibles de esta sierra son; Las ruinas de la HUERTA DE LOS URREA, así como el parque LA COLORADA (el cual se encuentra muy cerca de Álamos) con un buen camino accesible.
