★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un abuso que existan este tipo de espacios en zonas residenciales a costa de la tranquilidad de los vecinos. No solo se trata de la imposibilidad de descansar el fin de semana, del ruido, también se trata de consumo de alcohol en vía pública, de lugares de estacionamiento ocupados, de personas ajenas invadiendo cocheras y jardines de los vecinos. Todo esto contribuye a un ambiente muy poco sano para las familias que habitan en la segunda sección de colinas del padre. Es un trastorno mayor en beneficio de los propietarios que además no viven ahí ni tienen que tolerar las molestias ni el tiempo que duran las fiestas. Es muy cómodo solo llegar a entregar y recibir su salón.
Si los propietarios parten de una actitud completamente desconsiderada hacia el resto del vecindario, si las autoridades hacen caso omiso y no son capaces de poner orden, ojalá que tú, como usuario y cliente, tomes consciencia y no rentes un lugar a costa de la tranquilidad de los demás. Además verifica que tengan toda su documentación y permisos en regla. Es lo menos que podemos hacer, asegurarnos de rentar un lugar legal con el acuerdo de sus vecinos.
