I've been here three time. one of them for my honey moon. I just love how the hotel is isolated from the world and you can truly have a rest and enjoy nature. The food and service are incredible

Beautiful place, horrible customer service. Claimed my continental breakfast was only good for two people however when I reserved the room they advised it was good for four. Ground keeping staff and bartenders are great, it's office staff that is snobby and attempted to convince us to purchase breakfast even though it was already included in my price. We went to check out and told them we were not satisfied . The manager tried to blame the waiter and I put a stop to it and defended the waiter. The waiter had checked with the manager about our package deal and advised the manager said no. The waiter was kind and only did his job, I was infuriated that the manager tried to blame this nice gentleman. It is a nice place but spend your money in Puerto vallarta instead. Better to come here for a day visit. The office staff seems way to pre occupied to attend you and they don't have the answers to simple questions about the time the restaurants open.

It was an awesome experience. Very attentive staff. It's still in development, so it may lack some stuff. It's all inclusive, but there is no food besides breakfast, meal and dinner. Food is really good. It is a long way from the nearest town (about 18km), and it is not fully paved. But the hassle is worth it. I fully recommend this hotel despite its flaws.

A beautiful retreat! Well setup and spotless grounds. They really should improve their food as it would round off the experience. Also WiFi and those pesky flies!

The resort is beautiful and magnificent, but management is shameful. They do not honor their own all inclusive policy. Save yourself a bad experience and if you decide to visit have them put everything they promise in writing, because believe me they will not honor it and they will lie to your face.

Where should I start? A unique environment that high up the mountain you don't expect that variety of flora and fauna. All fed by a mountain lake. A nice heated swimming pool. Lovely cabanas hidden in nature. Not fancy but still a luxury version from the ordinary cabanas you'll find in México. Decent beds. Very important to me. Just a very unique place to relax.

One of the most beautiful places which I am visited in my life.Believe me I see a lot. Don’t put attention on the bed reviews,checked all and all unreasonable. Accommodation,food,service-no one complaint. Meat and fish quality-amazing (probably from local suppliers) You have what to do! Stayed 3 days and can stay longer. Horses,fishing,kayaking,steam room,massage,tennis,pool,snooker and mach more.NO EXTRA CHARGES (except massage) Left morning early.The stuff prepared breakfast to go!Extremely nice. If you drive yourself be careful.Road up to the mountain required experience.No low clearance vehicles!!!

Spent the week with the love of my life, everything was perfect. Waking up to the lake view in a rustic room, romantic walks around the lake, sitting in front of the firepit after dinner. Loved our room, loved the bathtub in the middle of the room, the balcony, and the service. Foods were great, hotel standard, with good varieties. Will definitely come back for years to come.
