 I really like the sector, it is very quiet, the neighbors are friendly. During the week it is quieter and on the weekend more people arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito lugar! Es un fraccionamiento muy tranquilo y en una ubicación muy buena a bordo de carretera muy serca del pueblo de jocotepec y de la comunidad del chante no hay ruido de nada se vive muy agradable ahí.
Very beautiful place! It is a very quiet subdivision and in a very good location on the highway, very close to the town of Jocotepec and the community of El Chante, there is no noise from anything, you live very pleasantly there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un coto pequeño, muy agradable y tranquilo con bellas vistas de los cerros. muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos del centro de Jocotepec, a 6 minutos de San Juan Cosalá y a unos 15 de Ajijic, con su gran variedad de restaurantes, con un malecón muy disfrutable y sus bellas vistas del lago de Chapala y los cerros y montañas de fondo.
a small, very nice and quiet preserve with beautiful views of the hills. very good location, 5 minutes from downtown Jocotepec, 6 minutes from San Juan Cosalá and about 15 from Ajijic, with its wide variety of restaurants, with a very enjoyable boardwalk and its beautiful views of Lake Chapala and the hills and mountains background.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pretty area. Clean, quiet and secure. About a 10 - 15 minute drive to Central Ajijic.
Pools and green areas are kept up very well. Monthly community fees are 1000 pesos.
