Pero el valer parking mal, no se hicieron cargo del daño quw que le hicieron a la llave de nuestro carro. Pésimo The exquisite food, the pools, the entertainment all good. Very comfortable, clean, very good attention and night events too. The drinks did not please me at all but the food is delicious.

En cuestión de comida no es la gran cosa "servicio y comida normal". Lo que sí puedo remarcar es el servicio de los meseros así como de los bartender NO es muy agradable, en las bebidas te presionaban para que ordenara sino te brincaban y en cuestión a atención no eran muy amables, en ocasiones hasta groseros... ACLARO hay sus excepciones como en todo.. Pero serían contadas las personas amables. Una cosa más, en las bebidas no tenían tanta variedad como de Cocteles o bebidas preparadas ?‍♀️ The hotel is super good... The rooms are very nice and comfortable and there was never a lack of hot water, as well as the cleaning service to the room... In terms of food, "normal service and food" is not a big deal. What I can highlight is the service of the waiters as well as the bartenders is NOT very nice, in the drinks they pressured you to order but they jumped on you and in terms of attention they were not very friendly, sometimes even rude ... I CLARIFY there are exceptions as in everything... But kind people would be counted. One more thing, in drinks they did not have as much variety as cocktails or prepared drinks ?‍♀️

El resto pésimo, mala comida, espacios insuficientes, nos negaron el servicio en restaurantes de especialidades, etc. No lo recomiendo ? Wonderful employee service. The rest were lousy, bad food, insufficient spaces, we were denied service in specialty restaurants, etc. I do not recommend it ?
B	Brenda Anguiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas a reservar busca reservación directamente en el Hotel Tesoro y NO EN EL Sierra All Inclusive a pesar que parecen ser las mismas instalaciones si llegas con reservación del Sierra no te atienden igual, en unas de nuestras habitaciones se estaba minando el agua en el baño, literal era una lluvia en el baño (se minaba de una habitación de arriba), solo se ofrecieron a poner Toallas para solucionar el problema (ja!) argumentado que la reservación iba por parte del Sierra. If you are going to make a reservation, look for a reservation directly at the Hotel Tesoro and NOT AT THE Sierra All Inclusive even though they seem to be the same facilities if you arrive with a reservation at the Sierra they do not treat you the same, in one of our rooms the water was being drained in the bathroom It was literally raining in the bathroom (it was coming from a room above), they only offered to put towels to solve the problem (ha!) arguing that the reservation was from the Sierra.
