★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es uno de los mejores lugares para visite invertir, cerca de ahí está el parque científico, un lugar emblemático en esa zona, también el club de polo está muy cerca y hay residenciales muy bonitos. Zona segura (relativamente) y en crecimiento. Aunque de noche está solitario, y no hay mucha iluminación, falta vigilancia en la zona ya que es una zona relativamente nueva. Si van de visita es mejor de día, de noche si no eres de la zona o no conoces es mejor abstenerse, últimamente se ha vuelto un poco inseguro. La carretera de Sierra Papacal te lleva a lo que será Ciudad Maderas y otros desarrollos.
