★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is beaitiful and offers peace and beauty. But customer service is terrible. Is like the hotel personal is doing you a favor every time you ask for something. Also the price is too high for what they offer. The adventure park they have is too old. The best part of this trip was the forest and the grill. But this guy's need to do something with their terrible customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great looking and cozy cabins within a nice surrounding area full of gardens and trees. The only thing that can be improved upon is the service: no burning logs, no toilet paper, no doing the dishes. This is not a cheap place, so I would expect these simple things to be taken care of in the simplest manner. Minor complaints aside, I’d give Sierra Vista Cabañas another try in the future!
