Tequila Siete Leguas comparte el cariño por la tierra roja, el agave, nuestra gente y nuestras raíces.
En 1952, Ignacio González Vargas, fundador de Casa Siete Leguas, inicia a producir su tequila respetando los procesos ancestrales de su elaboración, y decide nombrarlo en honor al caballo del general Francisco Villa, “El Siete Leguas”.
Una legua son 4.8 kilómetros y siete leguas son la distancia que hay entre muchos de los pueblos de México.
El caballo del general Villa fue bautizado con ese nombre gracias a que recorría esa distancia sin temor, de un pueblo a otro, siempre perseverante e inquebrantable, acompañando a su general en la batalla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos dieron el tour De la destilación del tequila un lugar muy bonito aparte de que el tequila sea muy bueno la gente trabajando ahí en realidad si es buena gente muy amables fuimos de visita a Atotonilco y nos recomendaron pasar ahí y nos encantó todo lo que siete leguas.
They gave us the tour of the distillery and apart from having excellent tequila the employees were amazing with us. We were there visiting family and were recommended to go so we went and do not regret it a must stop if you were a tequila enthusiast. Or just want to see how this stuff is made highly recommend it, Definitely going back
They gave us the tour of the tequila distillation a very nice place apart from the fact that the tequila is very good the people working there really if it is good very nice people we went to Atotonilco and they recommended us to spend there and we loved everything seven leagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from making the best tequila, they also have great people here. My wife and I were given a tour of the distillery along with detailed explanations of what goes into the process. Berta and Arturo both have lots of knowledge and great stories about the Siete Leguas brand and the tequila industry in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the tequila before I visited and loved it after the tour. The best tequila and fabrica we have visited. They use a slower more original process that definitely affects the taste. A beautiful facility and tasting area. Berta gave a great tour and explanation of the history and processing of Siete Leguas. The only downside is I cannot find the large bottles of Siete Leguas where I live. My favorite brand!
