★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserve un viaje con ellos y dos horas antes de mi salida me dijeron que no sería posible realizarlo y cambiaron de fecha, en la siguiente fecha paso lo mismo y una tercera vez me cancelaron también, me dijeron que me harían un reembolso por la cantidad total que pague pero no me han regresado nada, y ahora ni si quiera me contestan las llamadas!!!
 I booked a trip with them and two hours before my departure they told me that it would not be possible and they changed the date, on the next date the same thing happened and a third time they also canceled, they told me that they would give me a refund for the full amount I pay but they have not returned anything, and now they do not even answer my calls !!!

Called and paid the full amount for a tour with them. Few hours later they called to say that the tour is not available and offrered me a different tour. I told them I was not interested and ask for a refund. They said it would take a few days to process.
A few weeks went by and no refund. I contacted them and they said they were having issues with PayPal and to be patient. I waited a few weeks and still no refund and got the same message that there's a Paypal issue. Waited a month no refund and same excuse. Mesagged them mutliple times and they have ignore my messages and decided to keep my money.
