Sigma Alimentos, S.A. de C.V. (“Sigma”) requires that all visitors to the Website are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

By only accessing and making use of the Website (the “Services”), the user (the “User”) hereby accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms of use (the “Terms of Use”). The User’s consent to these Terms of Use is provided pursuant to articles 1803, 1807 and 1811 of the Mexican Federal Civil Code (Código Civil Federal).

The User hereby acknowledges that the Services and this Website are property of Sigma. The Terms of Use limit the rights and obligations of the User when making use of this Website. If the User does not agree with the Terms of Use, the User shall refrain from accessing the Services and from using the Website.

Sigma reserves the right to exercise any legal action against users who violate or infringe any intellectual and/or industrial property rights. Sigma Alimentos Corporativo, S.A. de C.V. is responsible for the treatment of all personal data collected by Sigma or any of its subsidiaries. The collection of personal data will be governed by the provisions of the privacy notice published on the Website.

8. Access to and use of the Website is subject to the applicable Mexican law. The Spanish version of the Terms of Use and the corresponding privacy notice shall prevail over any translation into other languages.

Release of liability

WITHIN THE SCOPE PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER SIGMA, NOR ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, CONTROLLERS, NOR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, ADVISORS, OFFICERS OR AGENTS OFFER ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO: (I) THE SERVICES, (II) CONTENT, (III) INFORMATION AND CONTENT PROVIDED BY THE USER, AND (IV) THE SECURITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION THROUGH THE SERVICES. FURTHERMORE, SIGMA DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES AS TO THE FIT TO A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, CUSTOMARY RULES, PACIFIC POSSESSION, SYSTEM INTEGRATION AND ABSENCE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES.
