Rented a Volkswagen Vento (what they offered) which gave me problems when starting vehicle, i struggled a lot to turn vehicle on in the mornings- last two days problem started to happen more frequently trough out the day- for the price i paid shouldn't have had these kind of issues. When returning the vehicle, agent said he was aware of those issues, which i was kinda shocked, since i was running a little late to check in to my flight, did not entertain the idea that they still rented the vehicle with mechanical problems! Car had about 3/4 of fuel, i returned it back with 3/4. Agent did try to charge me fuel money, fortunately i took a picture showing gas and mileage/fuel when i picked up vehicle from airport. Eddie was fantastic, had good customer service, was patient, he helped me with deposit, did not read about the 10,000 pesos for deposit. He did take pictures of my DL & CC's with a phone which i'm not fond of. Hoping for a smooth reimbursement for deposit, I will end up calling to see if they can issue credit for inconvenience i had with vehicle.
