★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a large Express van for 3 days. The heat, a/c, fan, horn and washer fluid did not work. The check engine light was on and both rear tires leaked air. They told us it was our fault for not checking it beforehand. Shouldn't they make sure the vehicle works before renting it at a Premium price? Didn't know the horn didn't work until we almost got hit by a truck.
