I bought the first socks very well after I changed the Dr by 20 -30 and as the lady was in a hurry she measured me but they did not serve me I really liked how good I only bought one the first time I bought 3 pairs

Una lastima su atención al cliente, los productos son buenos pero llegas preguntando por lo que necesitas... te dicen que no hay te ofrecen otra cosa.. después te obligan a comprarlo con la excusa de que “ya abrieron el producto” y en caja te sacan milagrosamente el producto que buscabas al llegar, queriendote vender las dos cosas!!! Es una estafa, una verdadera actuación se de mas clientas que pasaron por lo mismo!!! Mejor compren sigvaris por internet a USA!
GREAT SERVICE, be careful they wrap you up to buy more. A shame their customer service, the products are good but you arrive asking what you need ... they tell you that there is nothing else they offer you ... then they force you to buy it with the excuse that "they have already opened the product" and in box they miraculously take out the product you were looking for when you arrived, wanting to sell you both! It is a scam, a real performance of more clients who went through the same thing !!! Better buy sigvaris online from the USA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio por parte de Guadalupe, venden prendas que no tienen, te dicen que te regresan la llamada pero nunca lo hacen y luego intentan dar medias que no son. Lástima de la atención al cliente porque la marca es buena.
Very bad service from Guadalupe, they sell clothes that they don't have, they tell you that they call you back but they never do, and then they try to give stockings that aren't. Too bad about the customer service because the brand is good.
