★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comparto la opinión de los comentarios no son serios en su entrega, hasta se molestan por preguntarles, yo sigo sin mi producto ya tengo un mes y días y nada, no contestan, puede que el fabricante bien con los diseños pero la gente a cargo de entregas, atención y demás un asco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sigo esperando el cambio de mi comedor que compre en noviembre 2021, les tienes que estar marcando y te inventan que está por llegar. Muy bonitos muebles pero mala experiencia de compra.
I'm still waiting for the change of my dining room that I bought in November 2021, you have to be marking them and they make up what is yet to come. Very nice furniture but bad shopping experience.

La personalización de los muebles fue lo que más me gustó y la atención en venta, pero le quita muchas estrellas el hecho de que la fecha de entrega no es la que los de ventas indican.
Me entregaron el comedor como lo pedí, en un 90%.
Comentaron que tuvieron problemas con el diseño personalizado que indicamos y que lo resolverían en 1 semana. Han pasado 3 meses después de la "supuesta reposición" y siempre dan una fecha distinta.
Ya ni me contestan las llamadas. Los muebles sin de buena calidad, pero de nada sirve que puedan "personalizarse" si al final te van a decir que por una u otra razón, algo quedaría pendiente.

The customization of the furniture was what I liked the most and the attention for sale, but the fact that the delivery date is not the one that the sales people indicate takes away many stars.
They gave me the dining room as I requested, 90%.
They commented that they had problems with the custom design that we indicated and that they would solve it in 1 week. 3 months have passed after the "supposed replacement" and they always give a different date.
They don't answer my calls anymore. The furniture is of good quality, but it is useless that they can be "customized" if in the end they are going to tell you that for one reason or another, something would be pending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron un mes en entregar cuando se suponía entregaban en 2 semanas. No contestaban mis llamadas ni mensajes. Tampoco notificaban que mi comedor no llegaría en la fecha pactada y cada fecha de entrega en la que yo me ponía en contacto, cambiaban la fecha de entrega nuevamente.
No entregan ticket de compra.
No tienen seriedad en lo absoluto.
Ninguna de las sillas de mi comedor llegó en buen estado y ahora están evitandome nuevamente.
Honestamente no pierdan dinero ni tiempo con su pésima atención. A esta mueblería solo le interesa comisionar al momento.
They took a month to deliver when they were supposed to deliver in 2 weeks. They did not answer my calls or messages. Nor did they notify that my dining room would not arrive on the agreed date and each delivery date that I contacted, they changed the delivery date again.
They do not deliver a purchase receipt.
They are not serious at all.
None of the chairs in my dining room arrived in good condition and now they are avoiding me again.
Honestly, don't waste money or time with your lousy care. This furniture store is only interested in commissioning at the moment.
