No vale la pena invertir tiempo, dinero y esfuerzo en una empresa cĂłmo esta, no tienen nada de profesionalismo, ni mucho menos atenciĂłn por el cliente.
Terrible service, they do not answer the messages, they do not deliver on time, since they are paid they do not answer the calls and when they deliver the orders they bring it badly...
It is not worth investing time, money and effort in a company like this, they have no professionalism, much less customer service.

Estoy muy arrepentida por haberles comprado cosas, me dieron una mesa supuestamente para exterior, no duro ni un mes y ya estaba en pĂ©simas condiciones, fueron por ella y llevan 2 meses sin podĂ©rmela regresar, no me contestan, ni llamadas, ni msjs. JamĂĄs vuelvo a comprarles nada y mucho menos a recomendarlos, por gente con ellos se nos cierran puertas.
FATAL ! I am very sorry for having bought things from them, they gave me a table supposedly for outdoors, it did not last even a month and it was already in terrible condition, they went for it and they have not been able to return it for 2 months, they do not answer me, no calls, no msgs. I will never buy anything from them again, much less recommend them, for people with them doors are closed to us.

En la tienda, la âencargadaâ Isela se mostrĂł mentirosa desde un inicio.
Hice un pedido de dos juegos y me pidió 70% de adelanto cuando usualmente piden el 50%, confié y pagué.
PreguntĂ© el tiempo de entrega y me prometiĂł 5 dĂas hĂĄbiles, tardaron 10 dĂas que fueron un tormento porque no contestaba las llamadas, ni los mensajes.
Entregaron incompleto, faltaba una mesa y me hicieron ir 3 veces a la sucursal e incluso al taller donde nuevamente me lo entregaron incompleto.
La falta de profesionalismo de Isela hizo terrible la experiencia. No vale la pena el tiempo que hacen perder.
Incluso cuando no contestaban me acerquĂ© a la sucursal y llamĂ© viendo desde mi auto a Isela, ella no me viĂł y cancelaba la llamada, se sorprendiĂł cuando me bajĂ© del auto y le preguntĂ© por quĂ© no contestaba⊠obvio no tenĂa respuesta.
De verdad no vale la pena hacer trato con ellos.
Trago muy amargo y tiempo perdido.
REGRET BUYING THEM
In the store, the "manager" Isela was a liar from the beginning.
I made an order for two sets and he asked me for a 70% advance when they usually ask for 50%, I trusted and paid.
I asked for the delivery time and he promised me 5 business days, it took 10 days that were a torment because he did not answer the calls or the messages.
They delivered incomplete, a table was missing and they made me go 3 times to the branch and even to the workshop where they delivered it to me again incomplete.
Isela's lack of professionalism made the experience terrible. It's not worth the time they waste.
Even when they didn't answer, I went to the branch and called Isela from my car, she didn't see me and canceled the call, she was surprised when I got out of the car and asked her why she didn't answer... obviously she had no answer.
It's really not worth dealing with them.
Very bitter drink and wasted time.

â â â â â ComprĂ© un par de sillas tejidas en mimbre; hubo un retraso y en todo momento me mantuvieron informada. Me ofrecieron prestarme otras sillas mientras llegaban las mias! Emiliano es un encanto y cuando me trajeron mis sillas me regalaron la mesita que hace juego!!! Las sillas son preciosas y cĂłmodas. Cuando realicĂ© el pago (50% antes) estaba muy cansada y pague todo el monto! Un gusto enorme tratar con gente que realmente entiende lo que es la atenciĂłn al cliente!
I bought a couple of wicker chairs; there was a delay and at all times they kept me informed. They offered to lend me other chairs while mine arrived! Emiliano is a charm and when they brought me my chairs they gave me the matching table!!! The chairs are beautiful and comfortable. When I made the payment (50% before) I was very tired and paid the full amount! A huge pleasure to deal with people who really understand what customer service is!
