d	diana gabriela gutierrez tapia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me destruyeron mi expediente por que se acabo el año y a mi me faltaban 2 sesiones, yo soy de fuera y no puedo ir cada mes pero jamas falte por demasiado tiempo, además que tuve covid, en fin yo estaba haciendo mis sesiones periódicamente y aun así no me dejo terminar un tratamiento que ya estaba pagado, además era mi segundo paquete comprado y en el anterior no fué asi, además después de 20 sesiones no se me quitó el vello por completo. They destroyed my file because the year was over and I had 2 sessions left, I'm from abroad and I can't go every month but I've never been away for too long, besides I had covid, anyway I was doing my sessions periodically and even so It did not let me finish a treatment that was already paid for, it was also my second package purchased and in the previous one it was not like that, also after 20 sessions the hair was not completely removed.

Me quemaron mi axila y el área del bikini también, me dejaron muchos puntos rojos mucha irritación y por más que le decía a la viejita que parará cuando me hacía esa zona seguía así que tuve que decirle que parará y encima se molestó pues qué onda. Reitero PÉSIMO servicio, ya sólo me queda una sesión a la que por cierto no pienso ir para no pasar por lo mismo y aún sigo viendo vello para rematar. Para nada recomiendo éste lugar. Estás pagando por un servicio para verte mejor no para dejarte cicatrices, lastimarte e irritarte horrible la piel. Ni si quiera se merecen una estrella por cierto. Very bad customer service in general, very unfriendly women from the beginning. They burned my armpit and the bikini area as well, they left many red spots on me, a lot of irritation and no matter how much I told the old lady that she would stop when I did that area, she continued so I had to tell her that it will stop and on top of that she got upset well what a wave. I reiterate a terrible service, I only have one session left that by the way I am not going to go through the same thing and I still see hair to top it off. I do not recommend this place at all. You're paying for a service to look your best, not to scar, hurt, and horribly irritate your skin. They don't even deserve a star by the way.

Pero el que te pidan llevar tu sábana y toalla/cobija te hace dudar de cada cuánto reemplazan las que se encuentran en las camillas que en general hacen que se vea bonito sin ser funcionales, en mi opinión esa parte le quita puntos a una buena experiencia. The employees are attentive, well trained, the place is nice and well equipped. But the fact that they ask you to bring your sheet and towel/blanket makes you doubt how often they replace the ones found on the stretchers that generally make it look nice without being functional, in my opinion that part takes points away from a good experience .
