★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a complete rip off! Bought two alleged "gold" rings that within a day turned black. They most likely were copper. Luckily was still in the Country, which they were not expecting because I told them I was leaving prior to when I actually did, so was able to get my money back but....only after threatening to go to police and getting a local person involved. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a ring May 2019 that the certificate said the ring was platinum and the stone were diamonds. The diamond fell out while we were their and they replaced the ring. We we got back the diamonds fell out again. My wife to it to a jeweler who examined it and told us it was .925 silver and CZ stones. This place is a total rip off. Buyer Beware!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Cozumel via Carnival Freedom on November 15 and stopped in Silver Emporium as it was a recommend store by Kevin our cruise jewelry expert. I looked at necklace charm with a price of $97 USD tag and when I asked the price I was told best price $95 U.S. The salesman said he was not even making a commission and cutting the price so much that the tanzanite stone was basically free. After returning to the ship and seeing Kevin again I told him that I thought this was a preferred store. He said I just promote the stores, I don't work with them. He looked at my charm and said well it is Sterling Silver.
