★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí con mi madre para regalarle un diseño de ceja, la chica que la atendió le recomendó el laminado de ceja (que acababan de agregar), ese al terminar lució muy bien pero al día siguiente una ceja tenia forma y la otra tenia un aspecto de quemado el vello, acudimos nuevamente por que no era el resultado esperado, dijeron que era imposible arreglar su mal trabajo ese día por que estaban al full, al final la "arreglaron nuevamente" y lo único que hicieron fue dejarle peor la ceja, ni loco vuelvo si un simple diseño y laminado se les complica no quiero imaginar los trabajos de microblading
 I went with my mother to give her an eyebrow design, the girl who attended her recommended the eyebrow laminate (which they had just added), that when finished looked very good but the next day one eyebrow had a shape and the other had an appearance of hair burned, we went again because it was not the expected result, they said it was impossible to fix their bad work that day because they were at full capacity, in the end they "fixed it again" and all they did was make his eyebrow worse, not crazy I go back if a simple design and laminate is complicated I do not want to imagine the microblading work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever go here, they are the worst. I've done my extension, color and cut here. They can't even fix your roots well, they leave it too light or make it too dark. They also ordered for me my extension and it took 2 months and was very expensive (plus you pay half of the price before the hair even comes) On top of that, the extensions were wrong color and after they put it on my head they didn't say a word. I needed to come back the next day so they could fix it. What kind of hairdresses puts extension which are wrong color on client and acts like they are fine?
After that they couldn't fix my roots and they ruined my pants with the color. No joke guys, I needed to ask help from a lawayer to make them to replace my pants. They were blaiming me and the manager is really unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had (and I’m not very picky about these things) I asked for layers and the guy basically just chopped off my hair into two separate lengths and it looks awful. I’m going to have to go to another place to get it fixed, which I haven’t done in years. The staff were really friendly but the haircut quality was way sub par.
I did also get my brows done and that was fine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had previously gone to Silvia Galvan but at a different location. This was my first time going to this one. I wish I hadn’t gone. They gave me horrible bangs and my hair has been feeling extra dry. It looks so bad, I’m pretty sad and upset about it. I paid $1,500 pesos for a bad haircut. I’m now waiting to find a place to go and see if they can fix my hair. Never going back to this hair salon for sure.
