★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada fuera de lo normal. Yo buscaba un estudio dónde recomendaran un look diferente, pero no me lo dejaron incluso un poco feo. Y el costo mucho más alto que una estética convencional.
Nothing out of the ordinary. I was looking for a studio where they would recommend a different look, but they didn't let me even a little ugly. And the cost much higher than a conventional aesthetic.

Tenía cita y me hicieron esperar como una hora porque la persona que me iba a atender salió por un café, me pareció muy poco profesional y molesto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a una "valoracion" para que me indicaran cual era el mejor tratamiento para mi pelo, que tipo de coloración era la más conveniente, etc. En cuanto llegue ya querían hacerme tinte y yo aun no recibía ningún tipo de valoración...cuando les pedí su "asesoría " prácticamente dijeron "lo que tu quieras" sin revisar ni ver a detalle mi pelo...me dio mucha desconfianza que por teléfono te ofrezcan esa "asesoría/ valoración " y al llegar las supuestas expertas ni te revisen ni te asesoren ni nada. Y por su puesto lo único que si hicieron fue entregarme un presupuesto de más de 7mil pesos. No me parece que el precio justifique la nula atención que recibí.
I went to an "assessment" to be told what was the best treatment for my hair, what type of color was the most convenient, etc. As soon as I arrived they wanted to dye me and I still hadn't received any type of assessment...when I asked for their "advice" they practically said "whatever you want" without checking or seeing my hair in detail...I was very suspicious that over the phone they offer you that "advice/assessment" and when the supposed experts arrive they don't review you or advise you or anything. And of course the only thing they did was give me a budget of more than 7 thousand pesos. I don't think the price justifies the lack of attention I received.
