We have had the most awful experience ever at Miranda. Simca is spread too thin... they are no longer a viable builder in Playa. You can’t even count on 10 fingers or even 20 the amount of problems we have with our place. The entire building smells like sewage, seriously. When we purchased your multiple realtors told us that they had such a good reputation, but apparently they have grown too big. There are no people managing the work force, as they have moved all of the managers to the “next project“. Tonight, we have no air conditioning, yet again... and our place smells like sewage. As does the entire fifth floor of Miranda as well as the areas on the pool deck and, according to other owners, all of their units, as well. There are no apparent managers in sight ever. All of the managers have been moved to new projects.
