★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a sus clientes. Nadie sabe nada, no cumplen los plazos de entrega, no pagan las penas convencionales y todos se pasan la bolita, desde atención a clientes hasta jurídico.
Mejor invertir en otro lado.
Terrible service to your customers. Nobody knows anything, they do not meet the delivery deadlines, they do not pay the conventional penalties and everyone passes the ball, from customer service to legal.
Better to invest elsewhere.

No cualquier persona tiene este nivel de servicio ya que está persona responde los mensajes o llamadas inmediatamente y tiene una capacidad de resolver cualquier tipo de situación . En lo personal yo vivo fuera de mexico y no tengo noción de la leyes y los procesos y ella me explico paso a paso los métodos los procesos a seguir y me dejo saber q yo podía preguntar mis dundas cuántas veces yo necesitara . Recomiendo q si estas en busca de una propiedad o un lote pidas su accesoria ella es la mejor . Felicidades simca por tener gente que pone el nombre de su empresa en alto gracias Anahi gracias SIMCA
I thank Miss Karen Anahi Cordova for her excellent customer service. Not everyone has this level of service since this person answers messages or calls immediately and has the ability to resolve any type of situation. Personally, I live outside of Mexico and I have no idea of the laws and processes and she explained to me step by step the methods and processes to follow and let me know that I could ask my questions how many times I needed. I recommend that if you are looking for a property or a lot, ask for her accessory, she is the best. Simca congratulations for having people who put the name of your company on high thanks Anahi thanks SIMCA
