★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ej cultivos y cajeros son incompetentes y mediocres, todabia que son dos, se ponen a platicar como si tuviéramos todo el tiempo del mundo tardo más de una hora en atender a un cliente y después se fue a comer otra hora sabiendo que tenía 4 más en fila, y faltando una hora para cerrar. Muy mal banco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si bien la sucursal suele estar llena, el personal trata de ser lo más eficiente posible, por ejemplo, mi trámite se resolvía con ejecutivo de escritorio, dado que estaba lleno, me mandaron a una caja donde pudieron resolver mi trámite.
Cuenta ya con sistema de turnos, aire acondicionado, y buen tamaño para no esperar afuera como en otras sucursales.
Although the branch is usually full, the staff tries to be as efficient as possible, for example, my procedure was resolved with a desk executive, since it was full, they sent me to a box where they could resolve my procedure.
It already has a shift system, air conditioning, and a good size to not wait outside like in other branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca sirve el cajero de deposito y cuando entré a la sucursal a pagar mi tarjeta de crédito, la cajera no me dio mucha confianza por volteo la tarjeta para ver el CVV...cuando se dio cuenta que la vi quería distraerme con preguntas "¿Conoce nuestra nueva Tarjeta?...y cosas así....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal que suele estar llena, sugiero que vayas temprano antes de las 12 del día para evitar mucho tiempo espera, tampoco vayas en quincena La atención de los ejecutivos es buena. Hay tres cajeros ATM. Estacionamiento gratuito, hay como 8 cajones y uno para personas con discapacidad o capacidades diferentes. Le doy 5 estrellas porque queda cerca de mi trabajo.
