★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante un evento en Veracruz he probado la calidad de los quesos artesanales. Recomiendo Sinapa Quesos ya que raro encontrar una variedad de quesos de alta calidad. La variedad de productos es realmente impresionante y no son importados, todos estan en hechos en Lerdo de Tejada, Veracruz. El azul de Sinalpa es divino y compartido con vino tinto, tanto para mi agrado los diferentes quesos Provensal y Potager de receta europea.
During an event in Veracruz I tested the quality of artisanal cheeses. I recommend Sinapa Cheeses as it is rare to find a variety of high quality cheeses. The variety of products is really impressive and they are not imported, they are all made in Lerdo de Tejada, Veracruz. The blue of Sinalpa is divine and shared with red wine, both to my liking the different Provensal and Potager cheeses of European recipe.
