★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este mismo lugar hace años existió el mitológico bar "Tío Sam", actualmente tiene otro uso ,la glorieta cercana (que aún se adivina su forma y de ahi su nombre "La Glorieta delTio Sam") fué la terminal de tranvías después de trolebuses ( sobre eje central en la esquina del edificio aún tiene una estructura metálica dónde portaba su nombre ahora sólo se aprecia la cara del Tio)
