★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son bastante eficientes. Con cita la tolerancia es de 10 min. Después de eso se cancela. Los documentos que por lo regular piden son Curp, INE y muy importante USB. Solo algunos trámites pero para que te prepares y no te vayan a regresar por no traer USB. Aunque un señor las vende abajo. Y por último tienes derecho a que te asesoren bien y prescindir de un contador. Puedes pedir citas para Orientación y directamente para Declaraciones, te ponen ejercicios y así.

Just some paperwork but for you to prepare and not be returned by not bringing USB. Although a man sells them down. And finally you have the right to be well advised and without an accountant. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui para ver lo de la firma electrónica, y me dieron asesoría, tienes que sacar tu cita por Internet y si no sabes te dan una ficha y ahí mismo en el primer piso te asesoran para que la pidas, también te brindan la información de los papeles que necesitas llevar que son comprobante de domicilio e INE, y si eres extranjero, te piden otros; el horario es de lunes a jueves de 8:30 am a 4 pm y los viernes solo atienden hasta las 3pm

Acudí a generar mi E.firma, pase al primer módulo sin ningún problema y me indican que hay que pasar un segundo módulo donde se concluye el proceso.
Espere aproximadamente cuatro horas en este módulo, dónde me indicaban que mi expediente era el siguiente en pasar, pero no sabían cuánto tiempo más iba a tardar.
Mi cita era las 11:30 am y me retire de las instalaciones a las 3:00 pm sin haber concluido mi trámite, gente que iba con cita de la 01:00 pm concluyó su trámite antes que yo, de nada sirve el agendar una cita si dentro de las instalaciones no respetarán el turno asignado.
Bad organization.

My appointment was at 11:30 a.m. and I left the facilities at 3:00 p.m. without having finished my procedure, people who went with an appointment at 01:00 p.m. finished their procedure before me, there is no use scheduling a Appointment if within the facilities they will not respect the assigned shift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo que decir que odio los tramites en la CDMX ya que estos suelen ser por lo regular burocráticos y prepotentes.
Pero también es muy importante destacar cuando las cosas se hacen bien, me sorprendió la organización desde que llegué, personas afuera de las oficinas amables proveyendo indicaciones de a donde dirigirte . Fui a reactivar mi FIEL, excelente trato por parte de todos, muy organizado, tardé exactamente 19 minutos en hacer mi trámite. Felicidades excelente ejemplo de servicio en organizaciones gubernamentales.
I have to say that I hate the procedures in CDMX since these are usually bureaucratic and arrogant.
But it is also very important to highlight when things are done well, I was surprised by the organization since I arrived, friendly people outside the offices providing directions on where to go. I went to reactivate my FIEL, excellent treatment by everyone, very organized, it took me exactly 19 minutes to complete my procedure.
