No recomiendo esta tienda en lo absoluto, hay mas con mucha mejor atención y MEJORES PRECIOS, eviten consumir a este tipo de negocios que no tienen una buena visión y/o misión.
Terrible service and customer care .. They serve reluctantly and without intention of solving any problem.

Les pedí que me mostrarán una lista de artículos que estaba buscando y no me los quisieron mostrar, me dijeron que mandara un correo o mensaje para hacer una cotización. Yo quería ver la calidad de los artículos pero pues no me dejaron ni observar y no se puede pasar a la tienda por sus protocolos de sana distancia. Si no me van a atender en tienda mejor solo trabajen en línea, y si no me van a mostrar los artículos déjenme pasar para que yo mismo pueda verlos. Se me hace injusto.
They attended to me with faces and a somewhat rude tone of voice. I asked them to show me a list of items I was looking for and they didn't want to show me, they told me to send an email or message to make a quote. I wanted to see the quality of the items but they wouldn't even let me observe and you can't go to the store because of their healthy distance protocols. If you are not going to attend me in the store, better just work online, and if you are not going to show me the items, let me pass so that I can see them myself. It makes me unfair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre voy a comprar a esa casa de música pues me agrada como me atienden a comparación de otras en las que parece que les voy a pedir regalado, el personal siempre ha sido amable conmigo y resuelto todas mis dudas aunque no realice compra alguna.
I always go to buy from that music house because I like how they treat me compared to others where it seems that I am going to ask them for a gift, the staff has always been kind to me and answered all my questions even if I did not make any purchases.
