★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité una cotización por teléfono de séis prensatelas y me dijeron que no dan cotizaciones enviadas por correo, que hay que ir directamente a la tienda. Que decepción! Ya que en la página dice todo lo contrario:
"Llámenos, realizamos presupuestos sin compromiso y contamos con servicio a domicilio"
I requested a quote by phone for six presser feet and they told me that they do not give quotes sent by mail, that you have to go directly to the store. What a disappointment! Since on the page it says the opposite:
"Call us, we make estimates without obligation and we have home delivery"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención al cliente! La máquina no quedó como se lo pidió mi esposo y a parte el hombre que nos atendió es un grosero! NO LE DOY NI UNA ESTRELLA!! Sólo que si no le ponemos aunque sea 1, no se publica mi queja! No está para recomendarlo!
Very poor customer service! The machine did not turn out as my husband asked for it and besides the man who attended us is rude! I DO NOT GIVE HIM A STAR !! Only if we do not put even 1, my complaint is not published! Not to recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El señor sabe muchísimo de máquinas de coser domésticas, y te recomienda lo que necesita tu máquina. Ya he llevado mi sobrehiladora a reparación dos veces y me la deja como nueva. El precio es alto, pero viéndolo como inversión es un precio muy justo.
The gentleman knows a lot about household sewing machines, and recommends what your machine needs. I have already had my overcasting machine for repair twice and it is as good as new. The price is high, but seeing it as an investment it is a very fair price.

He is a bad person, he only sees the economic reason and the quality of the service is very bad. Very high sales and repair prices, DOES NOT FIX THE MACHINES WELL.

Very bad attention, they are supposed to have a telephone, I think it is to ask if they have any piece, but they are very rude they just tell you you have to come! So why put a phone?
