Mi máquina Singer brilliance. Enredaba el hilo en el cangrejo. La lleve, solo por la inspección me cobraron $750.00. una semana después me la entregaron "funcionado" al parecer forzaron el cangrejo para ajustar los tiempos, lo que barrio el eje. La regrese y otra semana más ya me habían robado una pieza, el sensor del devanador, lo que hacía que se apagará cada que quería enrrollar el carrete. Al final termine arreglandola yo con ayuda de un tutorial en Youtube.
Parece que los técnicos jamás se han capacitado. Solo saben arreglar modelos antiguos.
Terrible service. Money thrown away.
My Singer brilliance machine. It tangled the thread in the crab. I took it, just for the inspection they charged me $ 750.00. a week later they gave it to me "working" apparently they forced the crab to adjust the times, which swept the axis. I returned it and another week they had already stolen a part, the winder sensor, which made it turn off every time I wanted to wind the reel. In the end I finished fixing it with the help of a tutorial on YouTube.
It seems that the technicians have never been trained. They only know how to fix old models.
