Amazing hotel great service the rooftop is astounishing, recommend on the hot tub during night. The rooms super comfortable and big. Close to the beautiful beaches of Playa.

Great location and AMAZING views. Pool, hot tub and a bar on the roof. WARNING!! Only stay here if you are a partier or hard of hearing!!! Nightclubs nearby pounding the base every night!

A hotel which lands on a very lively strip.. yet the staff and how they treat there customers is nothing short of amazing. So impressed from check in to check out. I'm Irish so hospitality is a big thing. I'm honestly so happy with the staff

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL!!!! I have been traveling the world and so far this. was the worst experience I had with an hotel. Although the apartments are new and the location is central, there is a number of factors to consider. If it rains, it rains inside the building. Electricity is coming and leaving and WE HAD 2 FULL DAYS WITHOUT ELECTRICITY. We did not complain as the reception manager promised us a full refund of those 2 nights. HE LIED. As soon as we left the hotel they told us they would have send a refund and the completely disappeared. I have sent a number of messages and someone replied only twice, telling us the accountant would have issue the refund. After 3 months , NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED AND NO ONE REPLIES ANYMORE. There is no valid management, no one is taking care of customers and if something happen during your stay, they will not care. They stole our money as we were staying in the darkness and we could not even charge our phones. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND TERRIBLE HOTEL. MONEY STOLEN. There are plenty of better ones. So if you don’t want headaches, don’t book here.!

Beautiful hotel that has a beautiful rooftop pool and views on both sides are stunning. Staff are friendly and helpful, would recommend 10/10.

Great rooms and very good location on the heart of PDC. Having said that, before you book please be mindful that being on a walking distance of every bar and nightclub of the city results also hearing their music during the night. If you are planning to go out during the evening and come back after hours to sleep, this is the perfect location for you. If you are looking for early nights and peace and quiet, book somewhere else. Very clean and the rooftop has the best view of Playa del carmen with an amazing pool and jacuzzi. The only reason for the 4 starts is because for some reason our AC keep turning off during the night even not being on automatic, it was on ON and on the minimun temperature.
