In terms of warranty for MSI GAMING NOTEBOOKS they screwed or misplaced the bottom cover and now my SSD M2 disk and OS is kernel panicking and overheating... Also they take to long and often don't answer phone calls or emails. Also they don't speak English :(

Technicians can not adequately solve problems of your computer . They offer a good attention and it seems like they hace a quality service, but they don´t solve the problems (at least for warranty). It's a shame that MSI and Asus have this authorized service center in Mexico.

Customer service was good. My Lexmark printer had a bad power supply and because they weren't able to get the spare part I had to wait for almost one month and a half. Other than that the printer is working. But I guess this was an easy fix.

It's a scam. They charge you for diagnostic (over 400 pesos), then make up what's wrong and if you refuse to pay for repair, then they don't even give official results of the diagnostic (obviously because they don't want you to have any proof of their fraudulent activities). Details: MSI laptop stopped working, I took it there, paid for diagnostic. Got a call in a week. By phone they stated that motherboard was dead and that DC cable was ripped off, so these two parts have to be replaced. I asked how much it will cost, they said that they will send prices to my email in 2 weeks. Weird. I checked prices for motherboard and decided that anyways it doesn't worth repairing (laptop is 4 yo) plus I got suspicious about DC cable. Laptop wasn't opened or dropped... There was absolutely no way for the cable to be "ripped off". So, I went to pick up my laptop. They gave me a paper where it stated the problems I described and checked mark that they "tried to turn it on" (and nothing else out of long list of diagnostic procedures)... I asked where's the results of the diagnostic, they said they will send them by email in two weeks with the pricing for reparation. Guess what? Nothing happened neither in 2 weeks, no later. By phone they just say over and over again "tomorrow" or "next week". But that's not all... Being suspicious about ripped off DC cable I went to another service and... Neither motherboard, no DC cable had any problems and both were functional. The issue was in one of the RAM slots. As soon as memory card was removed from it - laptop went back to work. So, I don't know if they called me by mistake or they intentionally stated wrong reasons why my laptop didn't work but in any case they just charged me and never helped to learn what was wrong with my laptop. So, they are either totally unprofessional and have no idea how to fix a laptop or a fraudulent company. Long story short: I'd advise to stay away from this scam.
