★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precios accesibles y marcas genéricas. No tienen mucha variedad de productos y el proceso de facturación tiene que ser por correo eléctrico. Esto lo hace algo ineficiente ya que el la persona que me atendió simplemente me dio su tarjeta de presentación para que le solicitara la factura vía e-Mail cuando el pudo haberla generado en el momento. Para generarla te piden el número de pedido.
Edit: Una semana después siguen sin enviar la factura a pesar de haberme comunicado con ellos en 3 días diferentes y simplemente me dan mas correos de distintos agentes pero ninguna factura. Mala gestión y logística por parte del personal.
Affordable prices and generic brands. They don't have much of a variety of products and the billing process has to be by email. This makes it somewhat inefficient since the person who attended me simply gave me his business card so that I could request the invoice via e-mail when he could have generated it at the time. To generate it, they ask you for the order number.
Edit: A week later they still haven't sent the invoice despite having contacted them on 3 different days and they just give me more emails from different agents but no invoice. Bad management and logistics by the staff.
