Al ir a recoger impresora hicieron una prueba rutinaria de impresión que no correspondía con mi problema. Les pedí impresión a doble cara y no pareció caer bien la cuestión. Incluso, frente a ellos, volvió a trabarse el papel y se notó una mancha de tinta. También fue notorio que la persona que me atendió desconocía la compostura hecha.
