★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es posible que no tengan agua para las fincas, nos cobran fijo y no pueden mandar agua, es imposible encontrar al señor Álvaro, quien supuestamente se encarga de enviar el agua, servicio pésimo, no surten agua, pero cobran como si lo hubiera. No merecen ni una sola estrella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La culpa es de CONAGUA que les dio y les mantiene la concesión. Pésimo servicio, cobran el consumo y no surten agua. Cuando uno llama por teléfono y apenas uno quiere explicar el motivo de la llamada, literalmente le dicen a uno: "Al grano ¿qué quiere?, no me quite el tiempo"; ni se les ocurra llamar ni ir al medio día, porque literalmente dicen que no pueden atender porque están en el almuerzo. Uno mete escrito y no se dignan a leerlo bien, porque la contestación la hacen a otra persona que no soy y me responden otro motivo diferente. #CONAGUA por favor realiza auditorias a #SCAPSJ (Sistema de Conservación, Agua Potable y Saneamiento de Agua de Jiutepec).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se tardan un chingo en atender y no te resuelven nada, pero sí son buenos para cobrar sobrecargos los hdspm, espero que cambien de administración ya que la que está en funciones no está haciendo bien las cosas.
Terrible service, they take a shitload to attend and they don't solve anything for you, but they are good at charging hdspm surcharges, I hope they change the administration since the one in charge is not doing things well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estasn pidiendo hasta testigos para el servicio de agua yo creo que con la constancia y credencial y dirección es suficiente tienen muy mal servicio debemos de quejarnos con el gerente o encargado.
