★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple y sencillamente no les importan los usuarios. La persona que atiende a la entrada no te resuelve nada, ni siquiera se preocupa por atenderte. Las señoritas de las ventanillas siempre están todas juntas (platicando) y no donde les corresponde. Si no te paras y pides que te atiendan ellas nunca saldrán a ver si hay alguien. Lo único es que en cajas si atienden relativamente rápido, pero sólo en una.
 They simply do not care about users. The person who attends the entrance does not solve anything, does not even care to attend you. The ladies of the windows are always all together (talking) and not where they belong. If you don't stop and ask to be treated they will never go out to see if there is anyone. The only thing is that in boxes if they serve relatively quickly, but only in one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo que va del año ya van tres veces que no e podido pagar el resivo porque no tienen terminal, bueno eso es lo que me dice la señorita, como que ya se le hizo costumbre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lastima lo poco profesionales y comprometidos que estan con la ciudad. Pues su servicio es pesimo. Me cobran recibo y ahi estan viendo a quien perjudicar y el agua ni llega. Se reportan fugas y nada, ahi siguen las fugas. llevo un año reportando una fuga, y no estoy exagerando, y hasta ahora la fuga sigue y a mi casa y a mis vecinos ni nos llega el agua. Tengo q estar comprando pipas. SON PESIMOS. PESIMO SERVICIO. PERO SI ESTAN PUNTUALES PARA COBRAR. y no se que cobran si no llega el agua.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuestión de tramites, es muy tardado ya que la información que te brindan no es tan precisa y pues siempre hacen faltas requisitos, lo que retrasa loa tramites, se entiende que el trafico de gente en mucho, pero deberian mejorar esa parte, ya que aveces estan platicando cuando la fila esta esperando a resolver dudas!! Llevo 2 meses para un tramite y hasta hace dos dias me dieron una respuesta, despues de estar de un lado a otro!!
