Acudí al lugar por una pieza para impresora, el personal de escritorio de manera apática dijo que eso no le correspondía y me señalo dirigirme al área técnica, estando en el área técnica salió una persona después de llamar como 5 veces, le indiqué lo que necesitaba y con total desinterés dijo que no sabía nada de la pieza y no la quiso ver.
Mal lugar, personal de lo peor tanto las de mostrador como el área técnica.
The staff is the worst. Attention is lacking. I went to the place for a printer part, the desk staff apathetically said that it did not correspond to him and he pointed me to go to the technical area, being in the technical area a person came out after calling about 5 times, I indicated what I needed and with total disinterest said that he did not know anything about the piece and did not want to see it.
Bad place, worst staff, both the counter and the technical area.
